A long established supplier of quality lumber to all major builders in Baltimore and surrounding counties, the owners needed additional storage to keep their materials protected from the elements so that they could offer their customers the best quality materials. We worked closely with the owners designing and constructing 3 new pre-engineered dry storage buildings. We performed the entire project from site excavation and foundations to erection and completion of the new buildings. Our project team saw the lengthy process of over 1 year for permitting to the final occupancy the following year. We understand all of the requirements and regulations that are involved when it comes to management of a project from start to finish.
